NCIS: LA season 2 wrap party!

To help celebrate the wrap up of taping NCIS: LA season 2, ShutterBox Entertainment was called for duty!  The wrap party was held in a private upstairs area of The Federal Bar that over looked NoHo. A live band played great classic tunes, tarot card readers were placed throughout the venue, and in one special room was the photobooth!  The cast & crew captured their fun in the ShutterBox photobooth and took home photostrip keepsakes with a NCIS: LA design on each photostrip.  The night continued with karaoke; LL Cool J, who plays Sam Hanna, let the crowd know “California knows how to party…” While Chris O’Donnell, who plays G. Callen, closed down the party with Sweet Home Alabama. That’s a warp!

Tori & Dean’s sTORIbook Weddings!

ShutterBox Los Angeles was excited to be a part of the premiere episode of Tori & Dean’s new show “sTORIbook Weddings,”  on The Oxygen Channel. Tori & Dean’s new reality focuses on helping couples plan their special day, and overcome the obstacles with planning a wedding.  As seen on the couple’s other show, “Home Sweet Hollywood,” Tori Spelling has a knack for party planning!  She has planned several amazing weddings for her friends.

Hollywood Sign Saved!

With the effort of Trust for Land and donors like Hugh Hefner and Aileen Getty, the Cahuenga Peak, also known as the Hollywood Sign was saved from developers.  The Save Cahuenga Peak campaign effort was “to protect [the] public open space, 138 acres, behind and to the left of the Hollywood Sign.”  ShutterBox Photo Booth had the utmost pleasure to be a part of this monumental celebration on December 9, 2010 at Lake Hollywood Park! The celebration kicked off with kind words from Council member, Tom LaBounge, thanking the Los Angeles community, and specially Hugh Hefner and Aileen Getty for their generous donations.  The celebration included Pink’s Hot Dogs (a Los Angeles classic), music from Martel Fuller, and an awesome photo strip keepsake from ShutterBox!  Our custom photo graphics included Cahuenga Peak with the Hollywood Sign , and a photo image backdrop inside the photo booth of the iconic Hollywood Sign.  It was a beautiful day at Lake Hollywood over looking the Hollywood Sign!
