Shutterbox Entertainment Los Angeles celebrated the season premiere party for Fox’s new animated series ‘Allen Gregory’! The event took place at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, California. Along with Jonah Hill, the cast and the production crew, guests were treated to a full spread, open bar & a first showing of the series premiere episode.

For this event, Shutterbox created custom designed 4×6 photos and unlimited photo booth fun throughout the evening!

Niecy Nash’s Wedding Bash on TLC

The 2 hour televised special followed Niecy Nash and Jay Tucker from planning their big day, through their wedding and reception. After teaming up with Niecy, Shutterbox Los Angeles created custom photo booth ‘save the date’ photo strips, with matching photo graphics for the reception guests. The star studded event certainly lived up to the buzz!

NCIS: LA season 2 wrap party!

To help celebrate the wrap up of taping NCIS: LA season 2, ShutterBox Entertainment was called for duty! The wrap party was held in a private upstairs area of The Federal Bar that over looked NoHo. A live band played great classic tunes, tarot card readers were placed throughout the venue, and in one special room was the photobooth! The cast & crew captured their fun in the ShutterBox photobooth and took home photostrip keepsakes with a NCIS: LA design on each photostrip. The night continued with karaoke; LL Cool J, who plays Sam Hanna, let the crowd know “California knows how to party…” While Chris O’Donnell, who plays G. Callen, closed down the party with Sweet Home Alabama. That’s a warp!

Hollywood Sign Saved!

With the effort of Trust for Land and donors like Hugh Hefner and Aileen Getty, the Cahuenga Peak, also known as the Hollywood Sign was saved from developers. The Save Cahuenga Peak campaign effort was “to protect [the] public open space, 138 acres, behind and to the left of the Hollywood Sign.” ShutterBox Photo Booth had the utmost pleasure to be a part of this monumental celebration on December 9, 2010 at Lake Hollywood Park! The celebration kicked off with kind words from Council member, Tom LaBounge, thanking the Los Angeles community, and specially Hugh Hefner and Aileen Getty for their generous donations. The celebration included Pink’s Hot Dogs (a Los Angeles classic), music from Martel Fuller, and an awesome photo strip keepsake from ShutterBox! Our custom photo graphics included Cahuenga Peak with the Hollywood Sign , and a photo image backdrop inside the photo booth of the iconic Hollywood Sign. It was a beautiful day at Lake Hollywood over looking the Hollywood Sign!

Feliz Navidad Telemundo!

During the holiday season ShutterBox helped spread some cheer at NBC Universal’s Telemundo holiday employee party. The party took place at NBC Studio Lots in Burbank. Employees took time from work to have fresh tamles from Mamma’s Hot Tamales, rice & beans, and Mexican hot chocolate. Attendees had an awesome time in the photo booth; they were having so much fun they didn’t want to go back to work! Our photo booth was the life of the party! The celebration ended with a raffle with some nice prizes, including an IPAD.

16th Annual Buddy Walk Los Angeles

ShutterBox has the honor of to be part of Down Syndrome Association of Los Angeles (DSALA) 16th Annual Buddy Walk & Festival on Sunday November 14, 2010. The Buddy Walk will be held at the Santa Anita Race Track in Arcadia from 11am-4pm. There will be games, entertainment, crafts, pony rides, food, and a ShutterBox Photo Booth! We customized their photo strips by adding the 16th Annual Buddy Walk logo, so that everyone can go home with a keepsake.

The half mile Buddy Walk was created in 1995 by the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS) to celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness month in October, and promote acceptance of people with Down Syndrome. Money raised from the Buddy Walk will benefit local services and programs for people with Down Syndrome and their families. Hulu Launch Party!

Hulu’s Employee Launch Party was a hit! The party was held at K1 Speed in Torrance, where indoor Go Karts racing if offered. Employees from New Jersey, New York, and Southern California came together for an afternoon of team building workshops, and ended the day with a party. Hulu employees had a blast taking their unlimited fun photos with ShutterBox! Food, Karaoke, ShutterBox Photo Booth, and Go Karts racing turned out to be a fun night for Hulu employees!

Shutterbox Los Angeles @ ‘Festival of Health’

On October 10, 2010 AARP California and United Health Care promoted a day of health with their “Festival of Health – A Family Celebration” at the Pueblo del Sol Community Center. ShutterBox Los Angeles had the privilege of being part of the celebration; everyone had a great time in our photo booth! The festival gave the local residents an opportunity to receive free health screenings, health workshops, and workout classes. Best Buy set up the WiFit for the attendees to try out.
