For brides outside of Milwaukee, we will be taking part in a Bridal Show at the Veteran’s Terrace at Echo Park in Burlington WI. on March 11^th!  This is always a great show to visit with different wedding professionals, watch a nice fashion show, and of course enjoy various wedding cakes.  ShutterBox will of course be there snapping everyone’s photos and answering any questions you may have about our services.

Milwaukee’s Magnificent Bride

ShutterBox Milwaukee had the privilege of being part of the Burlington Central Catholic High School Junior Prom at Hawks View Golf Club in Lake Geneva.  This wasn’t your ordinary High School Prom , the students were joined by Green Bay Packer Running Back Ryan Grant and his family and friends.  Burlington Central Catholic HS students have been raising money for Grant’s Foundation, the Luxem Scholarship Foundation in exchange, he agreed to pay for the entire prom!  Each student enjoyed dressing up in the props we brought and received unlimited photos throughout the night.  We customized the photos, so each guest went home with a nice keepsake from the special evening.

ShutterBox Milwaukee had the privilege of being a part of the Ryan Braun Bash at Ryan Braun’s Graffito for their Grand Opening event on April 10^th.  Milwaukee Brewer fans came together after a Sunday victory to check out the newly renovated restaurant in Milwaukee’s Historic Third Ward.   The event featured live music from Zachary Wade while guests enjoyed dinner and drinks with friends and family!  The event wouldn’t be complete without Ryan Braun and some of his teammates as they joined the event.  Many guests got a chance to talk to the players and have their photo’s taken.

ShutterBox Milwaukee joins YELP Milwaukee at their First ever Elite event  in Milwaukee at the historic Bryant’s Cocktail Lounge .   Bryant’s  Cocktail Lounge first opened in 1938 as a ‘Beer Hall’ and in 1941 became the first ever Cocktail Lounge in Milwaukee, remaining operational ever since.  With over 450 different cocktails, it is a must visit place in Milwaukee!

Yelp has recently taken Milwaukee by storm, as it works to build awareness on how effective it’s online review site can be for consumers and business owners looking for a means to provide customers with a way to display their personal experience of their business for potential customers to view.  ShutterBox had a great time mingling with the Elite Yelpers as they snapped instant photos in the booth.  All Yelpers went home with a Yelp Branded Photo.

ShutterBox Milwaukee joins Art Milwaukee for the second month in a row for their monthly ART Jamboree at The Great Lakes Distillery.  The Theme of this event was “The Art of Mixology” so the best bartenders from throughout Milwaukee battled for the best cocktail (the winner will be revealed in February 2012 at the Art Milwaukee Awards Event).  Guest’s also enjoyed viewing many different kinds of art which included, live body painting, open canvas paintings, interactive pottery lessons, and Live Music by Evan Christian and much more.  Our friends @YelpMKE sponsored some of the local artist displays.     And of course all guests of this event went home with their very own Art Milwaukee/Great Lakes Distillery branded photos!

ShutterBox Milwaukee partnered with Jack Daniels for the Milwaukee release of Jack Daniels Tennessee Honey.   Hundreds gathered at Milwaukee’s Red Rock Saloon to sample the first release of the new product, listen to live music, and take photos in the photo booth where Shutterbox provided all guests with a ‘Jack Daniels Honey’ branded photo souvenir.

ShutterBox Milwaukee had the priveledge in joining the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation of Southeast Wisconsin for their 15^th Annual Gala Journey for The Cure – A Ride on the Orient Express at the Historic Pfister Hotel.  Each guest had the chance to jump into the photo booth to take some black and white or color photos.  Over 375 generous guests joined to raise money for this great cause, there was both a live and silent auction for guests to bid on donated items. 

We really enjoyed working with the JDRF and look forward to being part of their special events in the future!

ShutterBox Milwaukee partnered with Red Bull for the Sold Out 2^nd Annual Shamrock Shindig on Water St.   Over 3000 people joined together to celebrate St. Patty’s Day at the 16 participating bars.  We had a photo booth setup at Bar Louie on Water St. and had a great time taking photos of each participating team.  Special thanks to Newaukee and Art Milwaukee  for organizing such a great event, and Red Bull for setting up the Photo Challenge, all Shindig teams competing for who could take the best photo in the ShutterBox Photo Booth.  We provided customized graphics for the photos, so all guest’s went home with the perfect photo souvenir!

2000+ people attended the Iron Cupcake Challenge Milwaukee at the MSOE Kern Center.  Over 60,000+ cupcakes were on hand for tasting, gorging and over-doing.  Among the crowd was Food Network – Ace of Cakes star Duff Goldman, who was there to sign copies of his recently released book and pick his ‘best in show’ cupcake. 

 Melissa and Erin of Industri Café were the big winners  of the event, they won best PRO and Duff’s Pick!  Look out for upcoming Ironcupcake Milwaukee events, always fun to attend with friends and family, especially if you have a sweet tooth!
